Rockville lawns, lit and watered.
Split-levels, ramblers, and newer colonials on lots that dry out fast in July. Sprinkler service, landscape lighting, and remodeling in Rockville and the rest of Montgomery County.
Rockville has a bit of everything: 1950s ramblers, 60s and 70s split-levels, and newer neighborhoods with sprinkler systems that came with the house. The newer systems usually just need a good start-up and someone to reprogram the controller. The older lawns are where we do installs, because a hot week in July with no water is what turns a Rockville lawn brown for the year.
What a start-up actually is
We charge the mainline slowly, walk every zone, straighten the sunken heads, clear the clogged nozzles, adjust arcs so the driveway and the street stop getting watered, and set the controller for spring rainfall. Then a pressure check in the heat, a look in early fall, and a blow-out before the first freeze. Four visits. The system lasts.
Low-voltage lighting
Rockville houses are often set back with a straight walk to the door. Path lights along that walk, a wash on the front, and an uplight or two in the trees is usually the whole job. It runs on a fraction of the power of the flood on the garage and looks like somebody meant it.
Remodeling
Split-level kitchens and half-finished basements are the usual Rockville call. Kitchens, baths, basements, decks, and patios, one crew start to finish. Maryland license MHIC 105607.
