Twenty-six years of other people's yards
Twenty-six years on the outside of these houses turned into a fair amount of work on the inside of them. A kitchen gut and a dead sprinkler zone reach the same two people. A deck here comes with the low-voltage lighting and the sprinkler heads planned around it instead of after it.

Yes. Describe the kitchen, bath, or yard on the form. Dave or John will call you back.
Do you pull permits?
When the job needs one. A finished basement, a bath, a deck that the county wants to see: we work inside that process. Ask on the form.

Yes. Decks, patios, fences, and exteriors are the outdoor side of the work. Since we also do the sprinklers and the lighting, the yard gets planned as one job.
