Marco Bros / Service area / Bowie

Bowie lawns that stay green in August.

Big level lawns and 1960s houses that were never plumbed for sprinklers. Installs, service, low-voltage lighting, and remodeling in Bowie.

Front lawn, mid-season

The Levitt houses in Bowie sit on generous flat lots with a lot of open lawn and full sun. That combination looks great in May and burns out in August without water. We install complete systems here more often than anywhere else in Prince George's County, sized for the lot and built on parts we can still get.

The install

Mainline trenching, a valve manifold, rotors on the open lawn, sprays at the edges, a backflow device on the supply, and a controller you can actually read. We walk you through the zones when it is done.

Lighting

Bowie houses have wide fronts and long walks. Path lights, a wash on the facade, and uplights on whatever trees have grown in over sixty years. Low voltage on a timer.

Remodeling

The original Bowie kitchens and baths are small. We open them up, finish basements, and build decks and patios out back. Maryland license MHIC 105607.

Nearby

College Park and the District. Everything else is on the service area page.

Questions from Bowie

Do you install new sprinkler systems in Bowie?

Yes. New installs on open lawns are a big part of what we do here.

How long does an install take?

It depends on zones and lot size. We tell you on the estimate visit, which is free.

Do you come back for the seasonal visits?

Yes. Spring start-up and fall blow-out, with a heat check in between if you want it.
