Arlington is where a 1930s bungalow sits beside a house that was finished last spring. The new house probably has a sprinkler system that the builder never set up. The bungalow probably has none. We handle both: a proper start-up and reprogram on one, a new install on the other, both on Hunter and Rain Bird parts.
Freshly sodded lawns need water on a schedule for the first season and then a lot less. We set the controller for that and come back to trim it. Beds go on drip. The backflow device gets tested.
Arlington lots are close together, so the light has to stay home. Low-voltage fixtures aimed on site do that. A wash on the front, path lights, uplights on the one big tree most of these lots still have.
