Marco Bros / Service area / Fairfax

Fairfax, the far end of the route.

Subdivision colonials and townhouse rows from the 70s and 80s. Sprinkler installs and service, low-voltage lighting, and remodeling in Fairfax.

Entry column and archway

Fairfax is the farthest west we regularly go, and it is worth the drive. The subdivisions here have decent-sized lawns, a lot of them still without a system, and the ones that have one usually need a proper start-up. We install on Hunter and Rain Bird and we service whatever is already in the ground.

Townhouses

Fairfax townhouse yards are small and often shared along a fence. Drip in the beds, a head or two for the grass, and step lights out back. Quick, tidy, and it makes the place look kept.

Single-family lots

A full system, a facade wash and path lights out front, and deck or patio lighting behind. Spring start-up and fall blow-out on a schedule.

Remodeling

Kitchens, baths, basements, decks, and patios. One crew.

Vienna and Falls Church are on the way. The rest is on the service area page.

Questions from Fairfax

Is Fairfax too far for a small job?

We batch Virginia work, so a small repair gets done when we are already out that way. Tell us on the form.

Do you do townhouse yards?

Yes. Drip and a couple of heads, plus lighting if you want it.

How is the estimate handled?

One of the brothers calls the number you leave and comes out. No charge.
