Waldorf is a few minutes up the road from our shop in White Plains, so it is one of the easiest places for us to schedule. The lawns here are mostly newer subdivision lots: sodded, full sun, and sitting on clay that takes water slowly and then holds it. We program for that, with shorter cycles and a soak period, so the water goes into the ground instead of down the driveway.
Plenty of Waldorf houses have a builder-installed sprinkler system that has never been properly set up. We walk the zones, fix the heads that are spraying the fence, reprogram the controller, and put it on a seasonal schedule.
Deck and patio lighting gets the most use here. A wash on the front and path lights on the walk finish it. Low voltage, on a timer.
Basement finishing is the most common remodel in Waldorf. Kitchens, baths, decks, and fences are the rest. Licensed in Maryland, MHIC 105607.

Usually. Most of them were never set up, only installed. We walk every zone and set it properly.
Yes. It is the most common remodel we do in Charles County.
